Workshop in NEIGRIHMS

The IDA Meghalaya branch supported the workshop on “oral Health care in the tribal population of North East India “ organised by department of dentistry NEIGRIHMS Shillong Meghalaya on 12th –14th November 2022 under the aegis of NOHP, MOhFW , New Delhi. Dr Freddie Kharmawlong, Dr Niewkor Maki Warjri, Dr Phibaiahun C Dohling and Dr Daphi Larissa Mukhim represented the IDA Meghalaya branch and actively participated in the oral health camp that was held at Tyrna village East Khasi hills district Meghalaya as part of the workshop. Many members of the community were examined and free medicines, toothpastes and toothbrushes were distributed during the camp.
